This group blog is aggregating supposedly insightful comments on Pakistani Internet and IT issues. Authors are human (so do expect errors) and are mostly based in Pakistan (which means that the comments and reporting is done from the 'battle-field'). It is only incidental that a good number of contributors to this blog also happened to contribute for the magazine SPIDER which brought them together in the first place.

Hey Usman, sorry--I am still keen on keeping the posting area limited. As I said earlier, if you want to post/pass an item, email me and I will paste it here, with due credit to you.
Oh yea? Me too!
Thanks to KO for the *nudge* in the Archive-it-by-Month-for-gods-sake direction. :~)
M: Really? Never heard that one from a doctor. ;~)
A: 2 blogs were dead. The rest I assume, don't interest you. Oh too bad then. They are BLOGS WE LIKE.
I agree with merlinx that the SPIDER blog should change its appearance. At least, a different template should be used for SPIDER blog. This one makes reading the text real hard.
Also, why doesnt SPIDER host a blog on its own www.spider.tm? I think BLOGGER allows you to link up to other servers as well.
Yep, have design changes in mind.
Actually, Rafay, this is our third template. And I like it better than the others since the text is pretty clear and the design isn't bland compared to other templates with a white backdrop. Will have something more fun in place in the future. If you have a suggestion from the current range of templates blogger offers, I could look at it.
Seen the Spider website? Its the official website. The "Management" is looking at changing that some time next year. This blog is an independent editorial effort and hence, at present, we're using a free service and not hosting it along with the official website.
Personally, I feel that the white background makes for a better background since its so much easier to read black on white.
